Hey!
I've got 3 draft tips that are simple to execute but most people in your league won't do them. But you should.
#1 Stop worrying about bye weeks.
I see managers pass on better players because they already have someone on the same bye. Don't do this. Bye weeks are 1 week. The player you draft is for the whole season. Always take the best player available, you can figure out 1 tough week later. The managers who optimize for bye weeks end up with worse rosters every single time.
#2 Read the room and pivot.
If you're watching a position fly off the board, say 4 wide receivers go in a row in the middle rounds, don't panic and grab the next one. You're getting the worst value at that position right now. Pivot to a different position where the value is still there. The draft is a live event. React to what's happening, don't just follow your pre-draft rankings blindly.
#3 Target an elite QB later than you think.
The top QBs used to go in rounds 2-3. Now they're sliding to rounds 3-5. That's a window. Landing a guy like Jalen Hurts or Lamar Jackson at that price gives you a positional advantage that compounds every single week. Don't sleep on it just because "wait on QB" has been the conventional wisdom for years.
