Hey!
Ever notice how sometimes everyone in your draft room starts grabbing the same position back-to-back?
Here’s your tip for the day: Don’t get sucked into the crowd doing this.
When 4 or 5 guys at the same position go off the board in a row… the next player at that spot is rarely a bargain.
Instead, smart drafters look elsewhere.
Why?
Because while everyone else is piling into the same position, value is quietly falling at others.
You’re better off scooping up the best player who’s slipping down the board - rather than overpaying for the “last guy in the run.”
Here’s what I do:
If I see a streak of WRs or RBs go off in Rounds 6-10, I often pivot to the top player at another position.
That’s how you end up landing players 5-10 picks later than they should go.
Bottom Line:
If a position run breaks out, don’t panic.
Instead of following the herd, grab the best value that’s getting ignored. That’s how you build a team that’s stronger than everyone else’s.
See you tomorrow with another tip!
