Hey!
Week 6 is almost here and I’ve spent 5 hours tracking all the injury reports this week.
Here are 20 injury updates you need to know for Week 6:
#20 Jeremiyah Love is OUT. He missed practice all week with an ankle injury. Tyler Allgeier steps up as the Cardinals RB1 this week. He’s my RB21 projected for 12.3 points…
#19 Quinshon Judkins is questionable. But he was able to practice Friday. Backup RBs Dylan Sampson and Raheim Sanders are out. If Judkins is active, he’s my RB24 projected for 11.7 points…
#18 AJ Brown is questionable. He was able to practice limited all week. Coach Vrabel said they’ll decide his status today. Even if he plays, expect Brown’s snaps to be limited…
#17 David Montgomery is OUT. He’s week to week and could miss more time. Woody Marks played 53 snaps vs. just 1 snap for RB3 Dare Ogunbowale last week. Marks is my RB18 projected for 13 points this week…
#16 Tyler Warren is questionable. He popped up on Friday’s injury report with a groin injury. This implies he suffered this injury in practice, not good. If active, Warren is my TE6 projected for 12.7 points…
#15 DJ Moore is questionable. He missed 2 practices to start the week but was able to return to practice on Friday. If active, he’s my WR20 projected for 13.5 points…
#14 Jalen Hurts is OUT. He’s dealing with a very serious blood clot issue. Backup Tanner McKee will start for Philly. McKee is my QB28 projected for 13 points…
#13 Rashee Rice is OUT. He missed practice all week with a hamstring injury. The Chiefs starting WRs will be Xavier Worthy, Jalen Royals and Cyrus Allen. Worthy is now my WR24 projected for 12.9 points…
#12 Chris Olave is questionable. He’s been battling an illness all week but was upgraded to limited in practice on Friday. I expect Olave to play, he’s my WR6 projected for 16.8 points…
#11 DeVonta Smith is trending to play. He was left off the final injury report. Smith is battling 2 injuries and Jalen Hurts is out, not ideal. Smith is my WR19 projected for 13.7 points…
#10 Saquon Barkley remains OUT. Will Shipley and Tank Bigsby are also out. This leaves RB4 Dameon Pierce as the next man up for Philly. He’s my RB20 projected for 12.7 points in a tough spot this week…
Before we keep going, all the rankings and projections I’m referencing are from my weekly rankings inside The Fantasy Blueprint.
#9 Mike Evans is trending to play. He missed practice on Wednesday, but this isn’t as concerning since he’s done that the past 2 weeks. Keep an eye on Saturday’s final injury report. If active, Evans is my WR5 projected for 17.1 points…
#8 Lamar Jackson is OUT. He’ll miss his 2nd straight game. Last week with Tyler Huntley starting, Zay Flowers earned a team-high 30% target share. Flowers is my WR14 projected for 14.6 points…
#7 Breece Hall remains OUT. He’ll miss his 3rd straight game with a quad injury. Braelon Allen has handled 21.5 opportunities per game with Hall out. Allen is my RB14 projected for 15.9 points this week…
#6 Ladd McConkey will play. Quentin Johnston will too, both were left off the final injury report. Ladd is my WR35 projected for 10.3 points…
#5 Caleb Williams is questionable. But he fully practiced all week and is trending to play. If active, he’s my QB5 projected for 20.1 points…
#4 Kyle Monangai remains OUT. He’s still week to week but ‘trending in the right direction. Expect D’Andre Swift to be the workhorse for Chicago this week. He’s my RB6 projected for 17.7 points…
#3 The Commanders backfield is a hurt. JCM has missed 2 practices to start the week. Austin Ekeler and Rachaad White were in red non-contact jerseys on Friday. The Commanders play on Monday, so pay attention to Saturday’s final injury report…
#2 KC Concepcion has been cleared to play. He left after just 5 snaps last week with a concussion. Before this game, Concepcion led the Browns with a 23% target share on the year. He’s my WR27 projected for 11.6 points this week…
#1 Alvin Kamara is questionable. He was limited by a back injury all week. Kamara only played 28% of the snaps last week in a 3-headed backfield. Kendre Miller would become a Top 24 RB if Kamara is held out…
