Hey!
Week 7 is almost here and I’ve spent 5 hours tracking all the injury reports this week.
Here are 20 injury updates you need to know for Week 7:
#20 Puka Nacua is questionable. He left Thursday’s practice with a minor calf injury and is a game-time decision. If he plays, Puka is my WR1 projected for 21.6 points. If he’s out, I wouldn’t start any of the remaining Rams WRs…
#19 Emeka Egbuka is OUT. He missed practice all week with a concussion and foot injury. Chris Godwin is now my WR31 projected for 11.3 points. Ted Hurst becomes my WR43 projected for 8.4 points…
#18 Jeremiyah Love remains OUT. Tyler Allgeier and Bam Knight will split the backfield. Allgeier is my RB27 projected for 9.8 points. Knight is my RB32 projected for 7.8 points…
#17 Breece Hall is questionable. He was able to practice this week in limited fashion. I’m currently projecting Hall to be OUT. Allen would be my RB14 projected for 16 points if Hall is out again…
#16 Saquon Barkley is expected to play Monday. He returns in a great matchup vs. the Cowboys. He’s my RB11 projected for 16.3 points…
#15 DeVonta Smith hasn’t practiced this week. The same is true for Dallas Goedert & Dontayvion Wicks. It all comes down to Saturday’s final practice report. If these guys are out, Makai Lemon becomes a flex option…
#14 Rashee Rice remains OUT. Xavier Worthy is a strong start. He caught all 7 of his targets last week with Rice out. Worthy is my WR26 projected for 12.5 points…
#13 David Montgomery remains OUT. Jawhar Jordan also landed on IR for Houston. Woody Marks will be a workhorse RB again. He’s a must start projected for 16 points…
#12 Tyler Warren remains OUT. He’ll miss his 2nd game after re-injuring his groin in practice last Friday. This opens more target share for Keenan Allen and Josh Downs. Both are Top 30 WRs this week…
#11 Lamar Jackson is questionable. On Friday, it came out that Lamar has been dealing with a high ankle sprain. He’s a true 50/50 this week. If active, expect a more limited version of Lamar Jackson…
#10 Mike Evans and Deebo Samuel are OUT. The 49ers have a bye next week, so they are resting their banged up veteran WRs. San Francisco will start Christian Kirk, Jordan Watkins & Brandin Cooks. None of them are Top 50 WR options this week…
Before we keep going, all the rankings and projections I’m referencing are from my weekly rankings inside The Fantasy Blueprint.
#9 Quinshon Judkins will play. He missed last week with an ankle injury, but Judkins was left off the final injury report. He’s my RB21 projected for 12.2 points…
#8 Jaylen Waddle will play. He suffered a chest injury in Week 6 but was able to practice this week. Waddle has a great matchup vs. Arizona. He’s my WR27 projected for 12.3 points…
#7 Zach Charbonnet is OUT. He practiced in full all week and was expected to play. But then he was surprisingly ruled out. Emanuel Wilson is now my RB24 projected for 11.1 points…
#6 Baker Mayfield will return this week. He doesn’t seem 100% healthy based on his comments but he’ll be active. Baker won’t have Emeka Egbuka, he’s my QB18 projected for 15.5 points this week…
#5 The Vikings offense is at full strength. Jordan Mason, TJ Hockenson, Justin Jefferson & Jordan Addison are all practiced in full this week. Mason is questionable but I expect him to play. He’s my RB28 projected for 8.9 points…
#4 Travis Kelce will play. He hurt his ankle last week but was able to play through it. Kelce was limited in practice this week and left off the final injury report. He’s my TE7, with 11.7 projected points this week…
#3 Alvin Kamara is still banged up. He was limited in practice all week again because of a back injury. This has been the case the past 2 weeks, and it’s led to more Kendre Miller usage. Miller is my RB29 projected for 8.9 points this week…
#2 Denzel Boston and KC Concepcion will play. Both Browns WRs were on the injury report this week but were left off the final report. Boston is my WR37 projected for 10.1 points. Concepcion is my WR32 projected for 10.8 points…
#1 Rico Dowdle is questionable. He picked up a knee injury after returning from a toe injury last week. Jaylen Warren is now my RB12 projected for 16.2 points this week…
