Hey!
I’ve received plenty of questions about players who had poor performances in Week 6. There’s a lot of panic going around.
Let’s talk about the players that people are panicking about the most right now:
#3 Cam Skattebo
He’s been high on my panic meter for a few weeks, but Week 6 he hit rock bottom.
Despite what head coach John Harbaugh said, Skattebo seemed to be benched in this game due to fumbling issues. Last week’s costly fumble was his 4th of the season.
This resulted in the Giants using 4 RBs in Week 6. Skattebo played a backfield low 6 snaps while Devin Singletary and Tyrone Tracy led the RBs in snaps/usage.
It’s unlikely Skattebo plays just 6 snaps moving forward, but he hasn’t been great this year and now he’s losing coaches trust and playing time. Full panic…
#2 Jaylen Waddle
It was another frustrating night for the Broncos offense on Thursday.
Waddle earned a solid 30% target share despite leaving the game at one point with a shoulder injury.
But 30% of the targets doesn’t mean much when your QB finishes with just 107 yards.
This offense is currently broken under Bo Nix who refuses to throw downfield. His 5.8 yards per attempt ranks 41st among all QBs this season.
Until that gets fixed, Waddle is not someone you can start in fantasy…
Before we keep going.

#1 AJ Brown
He returned from a high-ankle sprain in Week 6.
Brown totaled just 3 catches for 27 yards. Not ideal for someone you’ve been waiting 5 weeks to start while he was on IR.
However, the usage was actually great.
Brown earned a team-high 34% target share. But he was extremely rusty dropping 2-3 balls, including a likely 40+ yard touchdown.
But don’t expect the drops and poor play to continue, it rarely does for elite WRs.
I have little to no panic on Brown, if anything he’s a major buy low for me right now…
