Hey!

4 running backs are getting drafted way too high right now, and there are 5 better ones going right behind them at a discount.

This is exactly how you outsmart your leaguemates, zig while they zag.

Here are the 4 RBs you should be drafting instead this summer:

#4 Saquon Barkley > De'Von Achane

Saquon was the RB1 in football 2 years ago at 21.2 points per game with 2005 rushing yards and 15 total TDs.

His 2025 was a scheme problem, his efficiency dropped under Kevin Patullo.

But now Patullo is gone. New OC Sean Mannion's zone scheme fits everything Saquon does best, and the workhorse usage never left.

Meanwhile Achane lost Mike McDaniel and Tua. He now has a mobile QB and a defensively minded head coach. Achane is likely losing targets and TDs this year…

#3 Josh Jacobs > Travis Etienne

Jacobs just finished as the RB8 at 14.6 PPG with 14 total TDs. The off-field legal case is the main reason he's falling, but reports suggest a 2026 suspension is unlikely.

Green Bay lost RB Emmanuel Wilson this offseason, the only competition for Jacobs is Chris Brooks and Marshawn Lloyd.

Travis Etienne loses coach Liam Coen, which should not be overlooked. And as of now Etienne still has to compete with Alvin Kamara for touches…

#2 Bucky Irving > Quinshon Judkins

Bucky's 2025 was wrecked by injury, but go back to 2024 when he averaged 16.8 points per game as the starter from Week 12 to Week 18.

Judkins faded hard down the stretch last season, averaging 8.7 points from Weeks 8-16. The Browns ranked 30th in total yards and 31st in scoring, and that likely isn’t changing with Deshaun Watson as their projected starter this season.

Judkins is also a limited pass-catcher and is extremely touchdown dependent.

Bucky surely has his own concerns, but Judkins has much more right now…

#1 Bhayshul Tuten > TreVeyon Henderson

He’s walking into nearly 300 vacated touches with Travis Etienne gone.

As a rookie, he scored 7 TDs and ranked 5th in short-yardage success rate. He saw limited touches, but was useful when called upon.

His competition is now Chris Rodriguez & LeQuint Allen. This is Tuten’s backfield to lose.

Meanwhile, Henderson’s role was reduced in the playoffs (Rhamondre 58 carries to his 30) as coaches trusted Rhamondre more. Rhamondre is still with the team this year…
