The early rookie board is already taking shape and a few of these guys are going to be fantasy cheat codes the second they land in the right offense.

This class has some difference-makers at RB, WR, and TE. Here’s my Top 10 rookies right now (and why):

1. Jeremiyah Love (Notre Dame)

He’s a true 3-down back who can do it all. Love has size, explosiveness and an amazing skillset as a receiver. He just posted 1,372 rushing yards and 21 total TDs in 12 games. He profiles out like a Bijan Robinson level prospect…

2. Makai Lemon (USC)

Lemon had a real WR1 breakout: 79 catches for 1,156 yards and 11 TDs in 2025. He wins from the slot, wins against top opponents, and his 3.13 yards per route run screams future success at the NFL level. His tape reminds me of Luther Burden…

3. Carnell Tate (Ohio State)

Tate is a big-body downfield threat with real scoring ability. He had 9 TDs in 11 games, zero drops, and a ridiculous 86% contested catch rate. I see glimpses of Rome Odunze to his game…

4. Jordyn Tyson (Arizona State)

Tyson is a separation creator with legit red-zone juice. He scored 18 TDs across his last 21 games and profiles like a future NFL WR1 if his medicals check out. He reminds me of Emeka Egbuka…

5. KC Concepcion (Texas A&M)

Concepcion is a fantasy-friendly weapon because he can score multiple ways. He had 3 straight productive seasons, plus real rushing + return ability that makes him easy to scheme touches for early. He reminds me of Jayden Reed…

6. Denzel Boston (Washington)

Boston is a prototype X receiver with consistent production and NFL size. He wins in contested situations and has posted 800+ yards in back to back seasons. His size and play style reminds me of Cedric Tillman…

7. Jadarian Price (Notre Dame)

Price is the classic “RB2 who becomes a problem” if he lands in the right backfield. He’s physical, patient, efficient, and brings real kickoff return juice. Price has elite contact balance, speed and great vision. He reminds me of Bhayshul Tuten…

8. Elijah Sarratt (Indiana)

Sarratt is a touchdown machine, chain mover and a real red-zone alpha. He just put up 15 receiving TDs in 2025 and is consistently picking up 1st downs. Sarratt only has 9 drops on 328 career targets but he does lack long speed and burst off the line.

9. Jonah Coleman (Washington)

Coleman is a compact tank with absurd reliability: 0 career fumbles and 1 career drop. He should measure in around 230 pounds and it usually takes multiple tacklers to bring him down. If he gets Day 2 draft capital, he’ll be one of the safest RB bets in the class…

10. Kenyon Sadiq (Oregon)

He’s the best TE in this class with legit fantasy upside because he’s used like a big slot receiver. He posted 51 catches and 560 yards in 2025 thanks to his yards after the catch ability. He’s a versatile player who also block well for a TE. He reminds me of Sam LaPorta…
