Hey!
I’m back today to highlight one must-start player at each position for Week 2. These are players you don’t want sitting on your bench this weekend.
Let’s get into it…
RB: James Conner
He’s a must start this week vs the Panthers, who just gave up 143 rushing yards to Travis Etienne.
The Cardinals are 6-point favorites, and in similar spots Conner has averaged 18+ fantasy points per game.
TE: Harold Fannin
The rookie broke an NFL record with 7 receptions in his debut - tied with Tyler Warren for the most of any TE in their debut in NFL history.
He lined up in the slot, out wide, and even in the backfield. He’s already a Top-12 option and should be started over names like Jake Ferguson and Kyle Pitts.
QB: Justin Herbert
Herbert completed 71% of his passes for 300 yards and 3 TDs in Week 1. Now he faces a Raiders secondary that just allowed over 100 yards to Kayshon Boutte.
He’s an easy Top-10 QB start this week - don’t overthink it.
WR: Jakobi Meyers
Meyers caught 8 passes for 97 yards in Week 1 and led all WRs with 6 broken tackles.
He and Geno Smith showed instant chemistry, and the Raiders led the NFL in neutral pass rate. This offense will throw more than expected - Meyers is a must start.
That’s all for now - lock these guys into your lineups for Week 2.
