The #1 Waiver Wire Add at Each Position

Don't miss out on these players...

Hey!

I’m back today to let you know about the top waiver adds at each position. The only criteria will be that these players are available in at least 50% of leagues.

Let’s get into it, starting with the running back position…

RB: Quinshon Judkins

He’s worth spending a lot of your FAAB or top waiver priority on. It’s not often you get a talented young RB available on over 50% of waiver wires this early in the season.

Judkins is trending to play Week 2 and the Browns need him after their backfield combined for just 1.9 yards per carry in Week 1…

WR: Marquise Brown

This is is simple. Brown is going to be Patrick Mahomes WR1 for potentially the next few weeks and possibly until Rashee Rice returns in Week 7. Xavier Worthy injured his shoulder and will likely miss time, despite Andy Reid saying he’s ‘day to day’

Brown led all players with 16 targets in Week 1 and played over 50% of his snaps out of the slot which is a key role in this offense…

TE: Juwan Johnson

The Saints TE earned 11 targets in Week 1 which led the entire position. The Kellen Moore offense was exactly what we expected in Week 1 based off the hints in the preseason, we got a lot of quick targets in the short areas of the field.

This helped Chris Olave pick up 13 targets and led to Johnson earning 11 of his own. He’s worth adding to see if this volume continues…

QB: Geno Smith

He was slinging it all over the field in Week 1. Geno connected on 4 of his 6 passes that traveled 20 yards downfield.

The Raiders secondary is not expected to be a strong unit, which could lead to Geno being put in some fantasy friendly shootouts. Next up is the Chargers defense that just allowed over 300 total yards of offense to Patrick Mahomes in Week 1…

That’s all for now - but I’ll be back tomorrow with some trade targets for you to explore as we approach Week 2.
