Here’s the best running back matchups today, directly from The Blueprint:
The Broncos running backs are nice flex options today thanks to a strong matchup vs. the Cardinals who allow the 6th most rushing yards per play.
But I’m more intrigued by Braelon Allen vs. the Dolphins. Breece Hall is unlikely to play which gives Allen another game as the workhorse. Miami ranks bottom-10 vs. the run and the Jets are favorites today. I’m expecting another strong showing from Allen.

Don’t worry about guys like Christian McCaffrey on this list. He’s going to be used so much as a pass-catcher today, the defensive line matchup is a non-issue.
But I am worried about Cam Skattebo. This week’s matchup vs. the Texans is much more difficult than some of his previous matchups where he also struggled.
Skattebo is supposed to get more usage today, especially with Najee Harris released. But as a 9-point underdog, this projects to be a Tyrone Tracy game script…
