Hey!

I hope you’ve had a great start to your fantasy season after the first 2 games.

Today I want to talk about the players I’ve been asked about the most in start/sit questions. There’s a good chance you’re dealing with a similar decision!

Let’s get into it:

Michael Mayer

If he’s still available on your waivers, pick him up. He’s a start this week against the Dolphins who allowed the 4th most points to TEs last years. Bowers injury is a 4-6 week recovery but Trey Benson had the same injury last year and missed the final 14 games…

Christian Watson

He’s a Top 24 WR for me against the Vikings, he’s a start. Green Bay comes into this game as slight underdogs. It sets up nicely for a potential shootout. Expect 7+ targets for Watson in a quality matchup…

Jeremiyah Love

He’s practiced in limited fashion this week. I’m expecting Love to play but be limited. The Cardinals are 10 point underdogs against the Chargers, not ideal for RB production. I’d start the following RBs over Love: Swift, Montgomery, Jaylen Warren & Judkins…

Jayden Daniels

I’m sitting Daniels this week. He’s my QB17 in the rankings in a brutal matchup against the Eagles D-Line. I’m personally starting Justin Herbert and Kyler Murray over Daniels in 2 leagues. I’d start guys like Dart, Goff, Kyler, Caleb Williams, Shough and Baker over Daniels this week…

Quentin Johnston

He’s a start this week in one of the best game environments on the week. The Chargers are projected to score 28.5 points vs. the Cardinals, it’s the highest team total Week 1. I’m expecting Mike McDaniel to show out in his first game as the Chargers OC…

Malik Nabers

He’s a Top 20 WR this week. You can start him but just know he likely won’t be 100%. However, he’s practicing in full and the Giants need him against the Cowboys. Their WR depth chart behind Nabers is currently Malachi Fields, Darnell Mooney and Odell...

Chuba Hubbard

He’s a decent flex option this week. Hubbard is my RB31 projected for 11.2 PPR points. It’s a fine matchup against the Bears defense. I’d start Hubbard over guys like Jacory Croskey-Merrit, Tre Tucker, Courtland Sutton, Jakobi Meyers, Carnell Tate…

Kyler Murray

He’s a start this week and a Top 10 QB in my projections. Kyler faces a bad Packers defense. Green Bay is without Micah Parsons, last year over the final 3 games without Parsons they allowed 407 yards per game (3rd most in the league)…

DK Metcalf

I’m starting Metcalf in multiple leagues this week. Not only has Aaron Rodgers spoke glowingly of Metcalf all camp but Pittsburgh plays the Falcons at home. Atlanta has no pass rush, Rodgers will have time to throw in this game…

MarShawn Lloyd

I’m not super high on Lloyd this week. He’s my RB29 and I have him projected for 11.3 points. Green Bay has a poor O-Line and Lloyd may not play 3rd downs, Chris Brooks likely will as the better pass-blocker. It’s a sketchy spot for Lloyd, I’d look elsewhere…
